Job Summary

We are seeking experienced SAP SD Functional Consultants to design, implement, and deploy SAP ERP and S/4HANA solutions for sales processes. The ideal candidate will manage the full sales order lifecycle, post-sales activities, pricing, billing, and customer service components. You should have hands-on expertise in all SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) business transactions and familiarity with ticketing tools like ITSM and ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize SAP SD modules for sales order management, pricing, billing, and customer service.
• Handle end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including sales returns and post-sales support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across SAP modules such as MM, SD, EWM, TM, FI, and others.
• Manage enterprise structures, IDocs, output determination, and integrations.
• Resolve issues using ticketing tools (ITSM, ServiceNow) in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Provide analytical problem-solving and creative solutions during system implementations.
• Support Make-to-Order (MTO), Make-to-Stock (MTS), Free Goods, and BOM processes.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 3-5 years of proven functional consulting experience in SAP SD, with at least one full system implementation project.
• Strong background in financial and accounting processes within SAP SD.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in intra- and inter-module environments.
