About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced SAP SD & PS Consultant to join our team and play a key role in SAP S/4HANA implementation and support projects. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Project System (PS), along with experience in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support end-to-end SAP S/4HANA SD & PS implementation and support engagements.
- Gather business requirements and prepare Functional Specification Documents (FSDs).
- Configure SAP SD processes including Sales Document Types, Pricing Procedures, Billing, Tax Determination, and Localization.
- Manage L2/L3 production support, incident resolution, SLA adherence, and root cause analysis.
- Coordinate with technical teams on enhancements, developments, and custom objects.
- Support hyper-care activities and post-go-live stabilization.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and resolve process-related issues.
- Conduct Unit Testing, System Testing, Integration Testing, and UAT.
- Deliver user training and support documentation.
- Provide regular status updates and project reports to stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- 5–6 years of hands-on experience in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD).
- Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA SD and PS implementation and support.
- At least one end-to-end implementation in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
- Experience with:
- Sales Order Processing
- Pricing Procedure Determination
- Billing & Intercompany Billing
- Customer Pricing
- Tax Conditions & Localization
- E-Invoicing
- Order-to-Cash (OTC) Processes
- Strong integration knowledge between SAP SD and Project System (PS)/Professional Services.
- Experience in ticket handling, SLA management, and production support.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and SAP implementation methodologies.
- Experience in preparing FSDs, configuration, testing, defect management, and user sign-offs.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP Certification is an added advantage.
- Prior client-facing experience and ability to work independently.
- Experience working in global environments and cross-functional teams.
