Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Configuration

• Design, implement, and support SAP SD solutions across ECC and S/4 HANA systems.
• Configure SD module components including Pricing, Billing, Shipping, Delivery, Availability Check, Partner Determination, Rebate Processing, OTC (Order to Cash), Batch Management, and EDI.
• Configure special business processes such as Third-party sales, Intercompany sales, Consignment sales, Rush orders, and Returns Processing.
• Manage master data setup including Customer/BP master, Material master, Pricing master, and Open sales order migration from legacy systems.

Project Management & Methodology

• Work on AMS, implementation, and rollout projects in Logistics (SD-LE, WM, EWM).
• Apply SAP ASAP/Activate methodology including Implementation, Customization, Configuration, Integration, Testing, and Support.
• Manage tickets in support engagements, identify root causes (RCA), and ensure SLA adherence.
• Contribute to project competency and coordinate with technical teams on custom objects and integration requirements.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Develop and execute unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Write and review Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and take sign-offs.
• Track errors and bugs using HP Quality Center or equivalent tools.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Interact with clients to understand requirements, propose solutions, and provide functional guidance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (FI, MM, PP, QM, CO-PA, CS, PS) to ensure integration with SD processes.
• Impart training to end users and provide post go-live support.

Analysis & Process Improvement

• Identify gaps between existing and future processes and provide functional solutions.
• Contribute to data migration, upload templates, and reports generation for SD processes.
• Resolve complex issues in Pricing, Credit Management, Availability check, Account and Partner Determination.
