SAP SD Lead Functional Consultant | Bangalore/Bhopal/Mumbai

SD Lead Job Description:

Total Experience Expected: 10+ years.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Team member should have Minimum 10+ Yrs experience in SAP-SD

2. At least 2 full life cycle experience Greenfield Implementation

3. Lead the workshop and identify the GAP.

4. Develop detailed functional specification

5. Should be autonomous, able to challenge the Business, to orient the business on core solutions

without customizations

6. Experience with Global client Proximity

7. Manages functional incidents and service requests through full lifecycle (through closure)

8. Must be detail oriented, self-directed and have strong independent Problem-Solving skills

9. Strong communication and presentation skills

10. Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities are required

11. Creates a shared sense of direction and community among the teams

12. Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical

advancements

13. Ability to articulate and present different points-of-views on various technologies

14. Time management skills are a must; as well as the ability to be flexible and creative

Work Experience:

1. Specialized in design and configuration of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module.

2. Additional preference for domain experience in manufacturing

3. Business core stakeholders interaction to nail down the requirements and articulate with

proposed solutions

4. Work experience with global clients and travel onsite

5. Good knowledge and experience with additional SAP Core modules Like -MM, PP, FICO etc.

6. Good communication skill

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

Master's degree is a plus.

2. 10+ years of experience as a SAP SD Consultant, with a strong focus on Green Field

Implementation.

3. Proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP SD module settings within the SAP ECC

environment.

4. Experience with end-to-end SAP implementation projects, from requirements analysis to support.

5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients, team

members, and stakeholders.

7. SAP SD certification is a plus.

8. Familiarity with related modules, such as SAP PP/MM/FICO/PS is beneficial.
