SAP SD OTC Value Stream Lead - Job Description

Job Summary

• Seeking an experiencedOTC (Order-to-Cash) Value Stream Leadwith8-10 years of SAP SD consulting experience.

• Responsible for leading end-to-endOrder-to-Cash processesacross globalSAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, transformation, and AMS supportengagements.

• Strong expertise inSAP SD, business process design, stakeholder management, and cross-functional team leadership.

• Driveprocess standardization, optimization, and digital transformationinitiatives across global business regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the completeOrder-to-Cash (OTC) value streamand ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Lead SAP SDimplementation, rollout, upgrade, migration, and AMS supportprojects.

• Gather business requirements and design scalable SAP SD solutions.

• Configure and support:

  • Sales Order Management

  • Pricing and Pricing Procedures

  • Delivery Processing

  • Shipping and Transportation

  • Billing and Invoicing

  • Returns Management

  • Credit Management

  • Output Management

  • Intercompany Sales

  • ATP / Available-to-Promise

• Drive globalbusiness process standardization and harmonization.

• LeadFit-Gap workshops, solution design sessions, and process harmonization workshops.

• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams including:

  • SAP MM

  • SAP PP

  • SAP FI/CO

  • SAP TM

  • SAP EWM

  • SAP GTS

  • SAP IBP

  • SAP CRM / CX

• Manage integration betweenSAP S/4HANA, SAP SD, and third-party applications.

• Support integration usingIDocs, APIs, EDI, and SAP Integration Suite.

• LeadSIT, UAT, regression testing, defect resolution, and cutover planning.

• Lead production support, incident management, problem management, andRoot Cause Analysis (RCA).

• Drive continuous improvement and stabilization of OTC processes.

• Mentor junior SAP SD consultants and provide functional leadership to project teams.

• Manage stakeholders, project risks, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.

• Work with global and distributed teams across multiple regions.

• Support Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies and project governance.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of SAP SD consulting experience.

• Strong knowledge of the completeOrder-to-Cash (OTC) lifecycle.

• Hands-on experience in:

  • Sales Order Processing

  • Pricing Procedures

  • Billing

  • Shipping

  • Delivery Processing

  • Returns

  • ATP

  • Credit Management

  • Output Management

  • Intercompany Sales

  • Revenue Recognition - basic understanding

• Strong experience withSAP S/4HANA implementations and migrations.

• Strong SAP SD integration knowledge with:

  • FI/CO

  • TM

  • EWM

  • GTS

  • IBP

• Experience withIDocs, APIs, EDI, and SAP Integration Suite.

• Knowledge ofSAP Fiori applicationsand SAP business process best practices.

• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.

• Experience working inAgile/Scrum environments.

• Experience leadingglobal SAP template rollout programs.

• Knowledge ofSAP BTP and SAP Integration Suite.

• Exposure toSAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

• Experience withOTC transformation and process optimization initiatives.

• SAP SD /SAP S/4HANA Sales certificationpreferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in:
