Responsibilities
- Implement and support SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash) processes in ECC.
- Handle Presales activities: Contract, Inquiry, Quote, Schedule Agreement, Sales Order.
- Manage Order Fulfilment: Goods Issue, Delivery, Transfer Order (STO), Shipment.
- Execute Pricing and Billing: Invoice, Accounts Receivable, Stock Accounts.
- Work on critical business scenarios: Proof of Delivery, Rush Orders, Inter/Intra Company STO, Export Orders, Credit Memo, Free of Charge, Return Orders, 3rd Party Sales, Invoice Correction.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in SAP OTC process within ECC.
- Integration knowledge with GTS, EWM, PTP, FTM (must have).
- IDoc experience (mandatory); middleware knowledge (nice to have).
- Good understanding of cross-functional processes.
