Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP SD GTS Consultant to drive end-to-end Global Trade Services (GTS) solutions, including Compliance, Customs, and Trade Preference. The role involves process design, implementation, and integration with SAP modules, ensuring efficient and compliant international trade operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a process expert in designing and managing SAP GTS project templates
- Own end-to-end responsibility for SAP GTS processes including Compliance, Customs, and Risk Management
- Perform process mapping and solution design for global trade/foreign trade business processes
- Lead SAP GTS implementation, rollouts, and blueprinting activities
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements
- Analyze existing processes and propose improvements and optimized solutions
- Ensure integration of SAP GTS with feeder systems (SAP and non-SAP)
- Lead and support O2C (Order-to-Cash) S/4HANA implementations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (functional, technical, and business users)
- Manage project timelines and deliverables aligned with business goals
- Drive stakeholder communication, presentations, and mentoring activities
Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP GTS (Compliance, Customs, Risk Management)
- Minimum 2+ years of SAP GTS consulting experience
- SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) experience is mandatory
- Experience in end-to-end SAP O2C processes
- Proven expertise in SAP GTS configuration and integration with feeder systems
- Experience in full lifecycle implementations / rollouts
- Strong understanding of international trade / foreign trade processes
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Understanding of P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes
- Knowledge of SAP MM and TM modules and their integration with GTS
- Experience working in multicultural and global environments
- Strong conflict resolution and team collaboration skills
- Exposure to process improvement and business transformation initiatives
Qualifications
- BE / BTech / MCA / MTech
- Minimum 3+ years of overall SAP O2C experience
