Position: SAP SD Functional Consultant

Job Description:

Job Type: Full-time

• Lead and participate in the implementation, customization, and support of SAP SD module functionalities.
• Configure and maintain SAP SD processes, including Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing, and Shipping.
• MM Procurement: Integrate SAP SD with MM Procurement module to ensure seamless order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes.
• Configure and optimize MM processes such as Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, and Inventory Management.
• Should be managing the SDC Tickets (Application maintenance) and willing to work out of office whenever needed.

EWM (Extended Warehouse Management): Good to Have but not mandatory

• Implement and enhance SAP EWM to optimize warehouse processes, including inbound and outbound logistics.
• Ensure integration with SD and MM modules for efficient stock movements and visibility.

FI Module Integration:

• Collaborate with the Finance (FI) team to integrate SD and MM processes with SAP FI module.
• Ensure accurate financial postings and reporting through proper integration points.
• End-to-End Process Optimization:

• Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements to streamline end-to-end order fulfillment and procurement processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and enhance overall business efficiency.

User Training and Support and Documentation:

• Conduct training sessions for end-users on SAP SD, MM, EWM, and integrated processes.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP-related issues, ensuring smooth business operations.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, custom developments, and integration points.
• Keep documentation up-to-date with any changes made during projects or system upgrades.
• Lead and contribute to SAP implementation and enhancement projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of SAP solutions.

Qualifications:

8-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD module with expertise in MM Procurement, EWM, and FI module integration.

Strong understanding of business processes in supply chain, order management, and procurement.

Proven experience in leading SAP implementation projects and managing cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

SAP certification in SD and MM modules is a plus.
