About The Role
Job Summary
The Group IT Sr. Specialist is responsible for managing IT systems and services at the group level, ensuring operational excellence and supporting strategic IT initiatives. This role provides advanced technical expertise and leads cross-functional IT projects. This job profile is intended for specialist professionals that apply advanced knowledge of a job area. Required to manage projects / processes independently with limited supervision. Typically coaches and reviews the work of lower level professionals.
Job Purpose
As part of the SAP CoE the SAP SD/CS consultant is responsible for supporting the business by implementing Change Requests, being part of and SAP roll-outs and projects and supporting in the Incident and Problem Management on our SAP platforms.
Requirements For This Role Include The Below
- Manage activities related to the SD & CS modules
- Responsibility to do changes to SAP system configuration and to global master data in the SD & CS modules
- Responsible to provide on-going key user training
- Responsible for configuring and for implementing localizations with the key users and consultants during rollouts
- Develop, configure, test and roll-out SAP settings based on the Sulzer template
- Provide detail functional specifications to assist technical team in the development of RICEF
- Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging for issue analysis
- Adoption of best practices and compliance management by developing new SAP tools, features and enhancements
- Ability to manage diversified team located across the globe through project requirement, design, development, code/test case reviews, testing and deployment phases
- Ability to multitask under high stress & aggressive timelines
- Experience working with top management to manage expectations and escalate issues/risks
- Experience in a similar position in-house in an international corporation
- Deep knowledge in SD Enterprise Structure settings
- Deep knowledge in pricing, output, partner determination etc.
- Deep knowledge of sales order configuration - order types, item categories, copy control etc.
- Deep knowledge of CS process flow
- Deep knowledge of CS customising settings including service order types, technical objects etc.
- Deep knowledge in Integration with FI/CO, PLM, MM, PP
- Knowledge of standard SD/CS reports & reporting tools
- Basic understanding of Fiori apps
- Basic knowledge in PS processes
- Required to travel in case of roll outs
- Excellent problem solving & client facing skills
Work Experience
Desired experience and qualifications
Minimum 8 - 10 Years Experience With Responsibilities Outlined.
Experience in a multi-national company environment in a matrix environment
Preferably experience on S4/HANA
Expertise (e.g. professional, technical): SD Certified, ITIL Certified
Experience with at least two SAP ECC Implementation or redesign with implementation functional team experience.
Education: Level: Engineering Degree from Technical College.
