Job Summary:

Rockwoods is looking for an experienced SAP SD/CS Consultant (8+ years) to implement, customize, and support SAP Sales & Distribution and Customer Service modules. The role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, configuring solutions, and ensuring seamless integration with cross-functional teams. The consultant will drive best practices, support testing and validation, and provide end-user training and troubleshooting. Additionally, the role requires maintaining system documentation, ensuring data integrity, and staying updated with SAP advancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy and tailor SAP SD and CS functionalities to align with specific organizational needs.
• Evaluate and record corporate workflows along with end-user functional demands.
• Set up the SAP environment and execute all required system audits and quality checks.
• Deliver expert advice on industry-leading standards for Sales and Distribution and Customer Service modules.
• Partner with various departmental teams to ensure cohesive and unified technical solutions.
• Produce and manage project roadmaps, including schedules and key milestones.
• Assist staff members by providing comprehensive training and resolving technical issues.
• Keep technical records and instructional guides for users updated and accurate.
• Protect the consistency of data and the overall reliability of the system.
• Stay current with the latest SAP innovations and evolving market practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• Over 8 years of specialized experience in SAP SD and CS configuration and support.
• Demonstrated ability to manage full-lifecycle implementations and system integrations.
• Strong analytical skills for translating business needs into technical specifications.
• Proficient in cross-module collaboration and stakeholder communication.
• Track record of maintaining high system stability and data accuracy in complex environments.
