Roles and Responsibilities

SAP SD Consultant with strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, Pricing, aATP (Advanced Available-to-Promise), Scheduling Agreements, JIT & Forecast Schedules, Self-Billing, and Condition Contract Management (CCM).

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP S4 HANA OTC/GTS/RTC Function including a full cycle implementation on S/4 HANA & ECC

• Minimum of 4 years designing and configuring SAP S4 HANA /GTS module

• SAP Certified consultant - SAP S/4 HANA OTC preferably

• Extensive experience in configuration/customization/Integration/techno-functionality of OTC/GTS areas.

• Expert on Organizational structure, Master Data setup and integration with other modules - QM/MM/PP/FI-CO/SD

• Knowledge about the development lifecycle for ABAP, BW or Fiori developments not limited to RICEFs

• Aware of Building the Functional Specification and Testing process for an Implementation. Upgrade or Migration projects

• Has experience on AMS projects and is aware of the Service processes of AMS - Incident, Service Request, Problem Management

• Leading customer workshops for the SAP OTC- GTS-MM implementation - Fit Gap Sessions & realization and support assignments

• Worked for Global Customers across different industries

• Must be able to translate client business needs to technical business requirements

• Collaborates with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve SAP problems.

• Provide consulting services on both new implementations & existing SAP deployments

• Supports Pre-Sales activities, Support Solution build activities, support in strategizing S/4 HANA adoption for all users,

• Work self-directed and independently
