Position: SAP SD Consultant

Location: Remote – India

Work Hours: 7:00 PM EST – 3:00 AM EST

Duration: 9-Month Contract – Likely Extension

Start Date: Immediate

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Consultant to support our existing offshore SAP team and help manage the current high volume of SAP customer support tickets.

This is a straightforward production support role focused on resolving and managing support tickets efficiently while collaborating with the existing offshore consulting team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide SAP SD production/support assistance.

Work on and resolve customer support tickets.

Troubleshoot SAP SD issues and provide timely solutions.

Support the existing offshore SAP SD consultants.

Manage a high volume of support tickets effectively.

Communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders.

Escalate complex issues when required.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Strong SAP SD experience

SAP SD production/support experience

Experience handling support tickets

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Comfortable working 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM EST
