SAP SD Consultant - OTC/MM/WM Modules

Job description:

• Strong knowledge of configuration/customizing of Order to Cash process (OTC) with focus on SAP preparing mapping specs for EDI transactions - Sales and Distribution (SD).
• Additional knowledge in other SAP modules (MM, WM, QM, PP, PM) would be beneficial.
• Experience with customs requirements (including confirmation of arrival)
• Experience to work in an SAP support role and communicate well with global/regional IT teams, internal customers and suppliers.
• Independently handle and resolve inquiries from national and international users related to the SAP SD module and Order to Cash process (OTC).
• Analyze customer requirements and incident reports. Within L2 support scope, configure and customize SAP SD solutions based on business needs. Customer would be e. business process owners, key users or end users.
• Provide day-to-day support and maintenance of the production environment including system monitoring.
• Coordinate and review new functional business requirements and determine the impact on the production SAP environment.
• Ensure that the process designs comply with requirements, established methodologies, and best practices (where applicable).
• Exercise responsibility for ongoing relationship with business process owners and subject matter experts; and collaborate effectively with the technology, security, and application delivery teams regarding Sales and Distribution business area needs.
• Experience with working middleware tools like IBM Sterling is an added advantage
• Strong Experience in Sales Orders, Customer Partners, Order types, Copy Controls, User-exits and Enhancements
• Strong experience in LE and Billing Functions, Retro Billing and Pricing
