SAP SD Consultant

Responsibilities :

Configure and support SAP SD modules including Sales Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, Billing, Credit Management, and Returns. Analyze business requirements and provide SAP SD solutions aligned with business needs. Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. Work closely with business users, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Perform system configuration, testing, defect resolution, and user training. Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments. Support integration with SAP MM, FI, WM/EWM, and other modules. Participate in data migration, cutover, and post-go-live support activities. Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

Additional Responsibilities:

Experience with SAP Fiori applications. Exposure to EDI/IDOC integrations. Knowledge of SAP GTS, TM, or CRM integration. SAP SD Certification is an added advantage. SAP SD, SAP S/4HANA, Order to Cash (O2C), Pricing, Billing, Shipping, Sales Order Processing, Credit Management, IDOC, Integration, SAP Fiori.

Technical and Professional Requirements:

7-9 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD. Strong expertise in Sales, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, Output Determination, and Credit Management. Experience in end-to-end implementation and support projects. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA SD functionalities. Experience in preparing Functional Specifications (FS) and coordinating with ABAP teams. Strong understanding of business processes and stakeholder management. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
