Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customize SAP SD modules (Sales order processing, pricing, billing, shipping)
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
- Manage sales documents: inquiries, quotations, sales orders, deliveries, and invoices
- Configure pricing procedures, taxes, discounts, and credit management
- Support integration with SAP MM (Materials management) and SAP FI (Finance)
- Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and documentation
- Provide end-user training and post-implementation support
- Troubleshoot and resolve SD-related issues
- Participate in SAP upgrades, rollouts, and enhancements
