Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement SAP SD solutions.
Provide technical support and training to end-users on SAP SD modules.
Analyze business requirements and develop solutions using SAP SD and ServiceNow.
Develop and maintain documentation of SAP SD configurations and customizations.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP SD and ServiceNow.
Participate in project planning, execution, and delivery of SAP SD projects.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of SAP SD and ServiceNow.
Experience in designing and implementing SAP SD solutions.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Experience in providing technical support and training to end-users.
