Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant to provide L2/L3 Application Management Support (AMS) for Sales and Distribution processes. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2/L3 AMS support for SAP SD module, ensuring timely resolution of production issues.
- Configure and support Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes including:
- Sales Order Processing
- Pricing
- Billing
- Shipping & Delivery
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production support issues and user queries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as MM, FI, and PP for integrated process support.
- Perform system configurations, enhancements, and change requests based on business needs.
- Handle incident management, problem management, and service requests as per SLAs.
- Prepare and maintain functional documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Support testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Sales Order Processing
- Pricing Configuration
- Billing & Invoicing
- Shipping & Delivery processes
- Good understanding of OTC (Order-to-Cash) lifecycle.
- Experience with IDOCs, interfaces, and system integrations.
- Proven experience in AMS (Application Management Support) environment.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced support environment with tight SLAs.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in S/4HANA SD is an added advantage.
- Exposure to ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management).
- Knowledge of integration with third-party systems.
