Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead and participate in full lifecycle SAP SD implementations, rollouts, and support projects.
Configure and customize SAP SD processes including sales order management, pricing, billing, shipping, output management, and credit management.
Deliver high-quality rollout solutions by adapting global templates to local business needs and ensuring smooth deployment across regions.
Provide ongoing support for SAP SD modules, ensuring issue resolution, performance optimization, and business continuity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, FI, PP, WM, etc.) to deliver integrated business solutions.
Support system testing (SIT, UAT), data migration, cutover, and go-live activities.
Document functional specifications, configuration changes, and user training.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of SD processes : Order-to-Cash (OTC), pricing, delivery, billing, intercompany sales, credit/debit notes, and returns.
Strong working experience in HANA module.
Involve in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, and support projects.
Configure and customize SAP SD modules including Sales Orders, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, Credit Management, and Integration with FI/MM.
Analyze business requirements and provide best-fit solutions leveraging SAP HANA capabilities.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide functional specifications.
Collaborate with ABAP/technical teams for developments, enhancements, and debugging.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and UAT with business users.
Provide production support, resolve incidents, and ensure business continuity.
Strong knowledge of SAP SD configuration and integration with MM, FI, and other modules.
Experience in S/4HANA migration and implementation projects.
