Job Description

Notice: Immediate to 30days notice

Locations: Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai, Gurgaon, Noida

We are seeking an experienced Associate Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution (SAP SD) and SAP Global Trade Services (SAP GTS). The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of hands-on experience in implementing, supporting, and enhancing SAP SD and GTS modules within complex business environments. The role requires strong functional knowledge, analytical capabilities, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)

· Configure and support core SAP SD processes including Order-to-Cash (OTC), pricing, billing, delivery, credit management, and returns.

· Work on enhancements, custom developments, and integration points with MM, FI, PP, and GTS.

· Analyze business requirements, design solutions, prepare functional specifications, and collaborate with technical teams.

· Resolve incidents, manage change requests, and provide ongoing production support.

· Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

SAP GTS (Global Trade Services)

· Configure SAP GTS processes such as Compliance Management, Customs Management, and Trade Preference Management.

· Support classifications, sanctioned party list (SPL) screenings, license management, and customs declarations processes.

· Ensure adherence to global trade regulations and support audits and compliance reviews.

· Work with global teams to analyze and optimize cross-border trade processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· 5–7 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD and SAP GTS, including design, configuration, and support.

· Strong functional understanding of OTC business processes and global trade compliance.

· Experience in integration with SAP ECC/S4HANA and third-party logistics systems.

· Ability to prepare detailed functional specifications for WRICEF objects.

· Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

· Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation capabilities.

· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a global team environment.
