We are seeking an experienced SAP Scrum Master with deep exposure to SAP implementation programs and endtoend SAP S/4HANA migration projects. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving Agile delivery across complex SAP landscapes, ensuring predictable outcomes, crossworkstream alignment, and adherence to SAP Activate and Agile best practices.

This role requires strong programlevel Scrum Mastery, handson experience working with SAP functional and technical teams, and proven ability to manage dependencies across large transformation initiatives.

*Required Experience*

-10–12 years of overall IT experience with strong focus on SAP delivery programs. 

-Minimum 8 years working in Agile / Scrum roles on SAP projects. 

-At least 1–2 endtoend SAP S/4HANA migration or implementation projects as a Scrum Master. 

-Proven experience supporting large, complex SAP landscapes with multiple workstreams and vendors.

*Essential skills*

-SAP KnowledgeStrong understanding of: 

-SAP ECC and S/4HANA transformation concepts

-SAP Activate methodology

-SAP testing cycles (ITC, UAT, Regression)

-Cutover and hypercare phases

-Ability to work effectively with SAP Functional, Technical, Integration, and Data teams.

*Tools & Methodologies*

-Handson experience with JIRA, Project Planning, Teams, Excel, Sharepoint 

-Strong understanding of Scaled Agile concepts (Scrum of Scrums, Program -Increment planning – preferred).

-Experience working in hybrid Agile–Waterfall SAP programs is a plus.

*Desired skills*

-Experience in SAP S4 Migration projects

-Prior experience working with system integrators and geographically distributed teams

-Excellent attention to detail and stakeholder coordination skills.

*Roles and responsibilities*

-Agile and Scrum Leadership

Serve as Scrum Master for one or more SAP Agile teams within large SAP implementation or S/4HANA migration programs. 

-Facilitate core Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Grooming. 

-Ensure consistent adoption of Agile / Scrum principles while aligning with SAP Activate methodology. 

-Coach teams on Agile maturity, selforganization, velocity improvement, and continuous improvement.

*Delivery and Execution*

-Work closely with Product Owners, SAP Functional Leads, Technical Architects, and PMO to ensure backlog readiness and sprint execution. 

-Support delivery across SAP workstreams such as FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, EWM, TM, MDG, CVI, Integrations, Data Migration, Testing, and Cutover. 

-Manage crossteam dependencies, risks, and impediments in complex SAP landscapes (ECC → S/4HANA). 

-Ensure alignment between Agile delivery plans and overall S/4HANA program milestones.

*S/4 HANA Migration Experience*

-Actively support endtoend S/4HANA migration projects, including: 

Explore / Prepare / Realize / Deploy phases

Mock conversions, integration testing, UAT, dress rehearsals, and cutover

-Coordinate with Data, Integration, Testing, and Basis teams during migration cycles. 

-Track and report sprint progress, release readiness, and migration risks.

-Stakeholder Communication and Reporting

-Provide clear sprintlevel and releaselevel reporting to program leadership. 

-Communicate risks, dependencies, and delivery status effectively to senior stakeholders. 

-Support governance forums, Scrum of Scrums, and programlevel Agile ceremonies.

The Scrum Master will enable ontime, highquality delivery of SAP S/4 HANA initiatives by fostering Agile discipline, removing impediments, and ensuring alignment between Agile teams and the broader SAP program roadmap.
