Job Summary
We are seeking a
Package Specialist with expertise in
SAP SCM SD to support the
Order-to-Cash (OTC) functional processes in an industrial ECC environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP SD modules and strong knowledge of OTC processes, supporting the implementation, configuration, and ongoing functional operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute SAP SD OTC functional activities including order management, pricing, billing, and shipping.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure SAP solutions align with process needs.
- Configure and support SAP SD master data, pricing procedures, and sales documents.
- Assist in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and issue resolution.
- Document functional specifications, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
- Support post-go-live stabilization and enhancements.
- Provide guidance to junior team members and support knowledge transfer activities.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in SAP SCM SD OTC functional role.
- Hands-on experience with SAP ECC environment.
- Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes: order management, pricing, shipping, and billing.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in industrial/manufacturing domain is preferred.
