We are seeking an experienced SAP SCM Consultant to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in SAP Supply Chain Management processes and solutions, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP SCM configurations and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and design SAP SCM solutions to support supply chain operations.
- Configure and support SAP SCM modules including Demand Planning, Supply Network Planning, Production Planning, Inventory Management, and Procurement processes.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and provide functional specifications.
- Lead workshops, process mapping sessions, and solution design discussions.
- Perform system configuration, testing, user training, and documentation.
- Support SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and enhancement projects.
- Coordinate with ABAP developers and integration teams for custom developments and interfaces.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring minimal business disruption.
- Develop functional specifications and assist with end-user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Ensure best practices are followed across supply chain processes and SAP configurations.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SCM consulting.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Supply Chain Management processes and best practices.
- Experience in one or more SAP SCM areas:
- Demand Planning (DP)
- Supply Network Planning (SNP)
- Production Planning (PP)
- Materials Management (MM)
- Inventory Management
- Procurement and Logistics Processes
- Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain solutions.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
- Experience in business process analysis, solution design, configuration, and testing.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and global teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
