Job Description: Job Title: SAP Sales Hunter / Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic SAP Sales / Business Development Manager with 12+ years of experience in driving revenue growth, new logo acquisition, and SAP solution sales. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP services/solutions sales, along with hands-on experience in pre-sales, RFP management, and client solutioning across enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end SAP sales lifecycle, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, proposal submission, and deal closure.
  • Focus on new logo acquisition and expanding business across enterprise clients.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Engage with CXOs and key stakeholders to understand business needs and position SAP solutions (S/4HANA, SAP CX, SAP BTP, etc.)
  • Lead pre-sales activities, including solutioning, effort estimation, presentations, and demos in collaboration with delivery teams.
  • Own and manage RFP/RFI responses, proposal creation, pricing strategies, and commercial negotiations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to drive pipeline generation and conversion.
  • Track market trends, competitor landscape, and identify new business opportunities in the SAP ecosystem.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in SAP sales / business development / account management.
  • Proven track record in closing deals and achieving revenue targets in SAP services/solutions.
  • Strong understanding of SAP portfolio (S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP CX, SAP BTP, Analytics,
  • etc.).
  • Hands-on experience in pre-sales, solutioning, RFP responses, and client presentations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with global clients and large enterprise deals.
  • Established client network and relationships in SAP ecosystem.
  • Exposure to multiple industry domains (Manufacturing, Retail, Lifescience, Automotive etc.).

MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
