Hiring: Sales Head – SAP Solutions & Services

Location: Mumbai

Role: Sales Head

We are looking for an experienced SAP Sales Leader to drive revenue growth, business development, market expansion and sales strategy for the SAP Solutions & Services business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Own sales strategy, revenue targets and P&L for the SAP business.

* Drive sales across SAP S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, AMS, Cloud & Consulting Services.

* Develop new business opportunities and expand existing enterprise accounts.

* Build strong CXO-level relationships with CIOs, CFOs, CTOs and COOs.

* Lead large and complex deals including RFPs, solutioning, negotiations and closures.

* Build, mentor and lead a high-performing sales team.

* Manage and strengthen SAP partner/alliance relationships and joint GTM initiatives.

* Own pipeline management, forecasting, pricing and deal governance.

* Drive market expansion across new industries and geographies.

Ideal Candidate:

* 10–12 years of experience in Enterprise Technology / IT Services Sales.

* Strong experience in SAP Solutions & Services Sales.

* Exposure to SAP offerings such as S/4HANA, ECC, RISE with SAP, BTP, SuccessFactors, Ariba, etc.

* Proven experience in P&L/revenue ownership and achieving large sales targets.

* Strong enterprise/CXO network and large-deal closure experience.

* Experience managing and scaling sales teams.

* Experience with an SAP Partner / System Integrator / Global IT Services organization is preferred.

* MBA/Engineering/Computer Science background preferred.
