Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Consultant with 8+ years of hands-on experience in implementing, supporting, and optimizing SAP Sales & Distribution modules. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to design, configure, and deliver scalable SAP SD solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP SD implementations, rollouts, and support projects
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SD solutions
- Configure SAP SD modules including:
- Sales Order Management
- Pricing & Conditions
- Shipping & Delivery
- Billing & Invoicing
- Credit Management
- Output Determination
- Integrate SAP SD with other SAP modules such as MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM
- Handle user exits, enhancements, and basic ABAP coordination with technical teams
- Provide L2/L3 support, issue resolution, and root cause analysis
- Prepare functional specifications, test cases, and user documentation
- Support UAT, go-live activities, and post-go-live support
- Train end users and provide ongoing functional guidance
- Ensure compliance with business processes and SAP best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of strong experience in SAP SD module
- Proven experience in end-to-end SAP SD implementations
- Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
- Experience with pricing procedures, condition techniques, and billing
- Integration experience with SAP FI (Billing Accounting) is mandatory
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA SD is highly preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
