Job Details:

• Role: SAP SD Consultant
• Experience: 10 –13 Years
• Relevant Experience: 6+ Years
• Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai
• Domain: Pharma – Mandatory

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong SAP SD functional experience
• Pharma Domain experience
• AMS / Production Support experience
• SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA
• OTC processes
• SD configuration and troubleshooting
• Pricing procedures and special business processes
• Master Data
• Functional Specification Documents (FSD)
• Incident / Ticket management and SLA adherence
• RCA and post-go-live support
• Cross-functional integration with FI, MM, LE, PP, QM, CO-PA, CS and PS
• Experience in implementation, rollout and support projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle SAP SD AMS support and priority-based tickets
• Understand business requirements and provide effective solutions
• Prepare Functional Specification Documents
• Perform RCA and contribute to process improvements
• Support post-go-live activities
• Coordinate with technical teams for custom developments
• Interact with clients and manage client-facing activities
• Ensure SLA compliance and provide status updates
