Must-Have:
- As an SD Consultant your primary role is to work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze issues, validate new development needs, and deliver high-quality SAP SD solutions that enhance end-user experience and customer satisfaction.
- Bring strong hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration, testing, end-to-end project implementation, and post-go-live support across diverse business environments.
- Demonstrate deep understanding of core SD business processes including master data, order management, pricing, shipping, billing, and returns, ensuring seamless Order-to-Cash execution.
- Provide strong cross-functional expertise and collaborate effectively across SDFI/CO, SDMM, SDQM, SDWM/EWM, and SDPP integration touchpoints.
- Prepare high-quality project documentation including Functional Specifications (FS), Solution Design Documents (SD), Configuration Rationale, Test Scripts, and User Manuals.
- Proactively recommend process improvements, automation opportunities, and best practices to enhance system efficiency and business operations.
- Lead and support end-to-end SAP implementations, rollouts, and data migration cycles, including blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, configuration, UAT, cutover, and hypercare.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues, work with technical teams on RICEFW objects, and ensure timely resolution through root-cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
