Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP SD configuration, business process analysis, end-user support, and integration with other SAP modules. Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations and support projects is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP SD processes, including:
- Sales Order Management
- Pricing and Billing
- Shipping and Transportation
- Credit Management
- Returns and Refunds
- Output Determination
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments.
- Perform system configuration, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Support end-to-end implementation, rollout, migration, and production support projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP SD-related issues.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including MM, FI, PP, and WM/EWM.
- Conduct user training and prepare project documentation.

- 5+ years of experience in SAP SD.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Knowledge of SD integration with MM, FI, PP, and WM.
- Experience in preparing Functional Specifications (FS) and conducting UAT.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Commerce, or a related field.
- SAP SD Certification is preferred.
- Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation project.
- Exposure to SAP Fiori and SAP Activate methodology is an advantage
