Roles & Responsibilities :
Functional consulting experience in S4 HANA SD module
- Ability to handle the complete integration landscape from a support perspective, solving incidents and change requests while maintaining the SLA.
- Should be able to lead a team and provide proper and periodical updates to customer on the incidents and CRs while also making effective progress.
- Work with customer business teams and project teams effectively, understanding the issues from a business perspective and providing on-time resolutions for the same.
- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions related to new change requests and implement the integrations in SD module seamlessly.
- Ability to provide extended support, during weekends to assist on priority issues, system restarts and patch upgrades
- Ability to understand the need for adjusting or optimizing the existing integrations and provide proactive solutions to customer with multiple options.
- Expert in all aspects of SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) modules along with integration points with Material Management (MM), Logistics Execution (LE), and Financial Accounting (FI)
- Strong functional Configuration skills in SAP SD (including order processing, shipping and billing) POS integration and SAP FICO AR, AP, GL reporting, month end closing
- Work with customer business teams and project teams effectively; Conduct requirement-gathering workshops, map these into SAP SD processes and identify gaps and solution to these gaps.
- Able to understand the processes adopted for custom developments, unit testing, function testing, integration testing, Go-live and support phases .
- Able to support SAP SD rollout testing project and provide production support for the plants, which went Go-Live.
- Min 1 End to end Implementation experience including migration and cutover activity.
- Working experience of S/4 HANA and Fiori Apps.
Qualifications
Educational qualification:
Experience :
Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
5 to 7 years of experience in SAP SD module experience spanning implementation, migration, and support projects
