Job Description

Role; SAP S4 Hana Services L20 Consultant

Experience range : 6-9 Years

Location; Bangalore, Pune , Coimbatore & Greater Noida , Hyd

Skill Required ;

  • Strong understanding of S/4HANA architecture, Fiori apps, and integration with other SAP/non-SAP systems.
  • Proven ability to manage a full-cycle S/4HANA Service implementation, from design and blueprinting to deployment.
  • Deep, hands-on configuration knowledge in Service Order Management, Service Contract Management, In-House Repair, and Field Service processes.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing processes that link S/4HANA Service with the Sales module. This specifically includes creating a seamless flow from a service interaction to lead or opportunity creation and management.
  • Demonstrable experience in architecting and building integrations between SAP and marketing platforms (e.g., SAP Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.). The goal is to facilitate a unified view of the customer journey.
  • A strong conceptual understanding (with hands-on experience preferred) of middleware like SAP Integration Suite (CPI) to build these connections.
  • Deep understanding of the end-to-end Service-to-Cash and Order-to- Cash business processes to build Unified Customer Journey

  • Familiarity with the SAP Activate methodology and agile project management principles.
  • The capacity to analyze complex, cross-functional business requirements and design robust, scalable system solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical solutions to both business and technical audiences.
  • Same as above with additional exposure to project management (Agile), testing and training
