Job Title: SAP Basis Administrator (S/4HANA)

Location : Hyderabad

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis Administrator to manage and support enterprise SAP landscapes, including SAP S/4HANA, NetWeaver, Fiori, MDG, BTP, and HANA. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP system administration, upgrades, installations, migrations, transport management, performance tuning, and production support across complex SAP environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer SAP ABAP and Java systems, including S/4HANA, NetWeaver, Fiori, MDG, and Content Server.
• Perform SAP installations, system refreshes, client copies, upgrades, kernel patching, and S/4HANA conversions.
• Manage transport management, background jobs, system monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Administer SAP HANA databases, backups, recovery, tuning, and security (SSO, certificates).
• Support SAP BTP (Cloud Foundry/Kyma), SAP Datasphere, and Solution Manager.
• Troubleshoot system, database, and performance issues, collaborating with infrastructure and functional teams.

Required Skills

• 8–12 years of SAP Basis Administration experience.
• Hands-on expertise with SAP S/4HANA, SAP HANA Database, NetWeaver, Fiori, and transport management.
• Experience with system upgrades, migrations, DR activities, and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of SAP BTP, Datasphere, Solution Manager, and cloud environments is preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
