Experience: 46 years of relevant experience in SAP ERP validation, or regulated infrastructure environments.
Job Summary: The ideal candidate should have 4-6 years experience and strong expertise in SAP ERP validation and migration activities, preferably from existing SAP system to SAP S/4HANA and is responsible for planning executing and maintaining the validation of the systems in compliance with the GxP regulations and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration activities
- Identify migration risks and mitigation plans; manage issues and deviations
- Assisst in defining and following the SAP migration strategy for system and data transition
- Perform SAP system validation to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance.
- Perform data migration, data reconciliation, and validation checks to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Create/Review validation deliverables like URS, Validation/Migration plan, design documents, IQ/OQ/PQ, RTM, Validation/Migration Summary Report
- Co-ordinate and support testing phases: unit testing, SIT, UAT
- Support Go-Live activities and post migration stabilization activities
- Work closely with cross functional technical teams and stakeholders
Required Skills
- Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and business processes. Familiarity with SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO, MM, SD)
- Hands-on experience in SAP ERP validation and migration projects, preferably, SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration
- Knowledge of data migration concepts, data reconciliation, and validation checks.
- Hands on experience in SAP system validation and documentation.
- Strong understanding of GAMP5, 21 CFR Part 11, EU GMP Annex 11, Risk based validation approaches
- Excellent documentation and communication skills. Should be able to work independently and collaborate with multiple cross functional teams.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences or related field.
- Relevant certification in Validation or Compliance or SAP is a plus.
