Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA Technical Project Manager to lead the end-to-end upgrade to SAP S/4HANA 2025 under the RISE with SAP Private Cloud framework. The role requires strong project governance combined with deep technical expertise in SAP Basis, cloud infrastructure, and system upgrades. The candidate will manage technical workstreams, drive a clean-core transformation, and coordinate across business stakeholders, system integrators, and SAP delivery teams using SAP Activate methodology.

Experience Required

12+ years total SAP experience

34+ years leading S/4HANA transformations or upgrades

Experience managing global enterprise implementations

Core Functional Responsibilities:

Lead complete S/4HANA upgrade lifecycle (Discover Prepare Explore Realize Deploy Run)

Own project governance, planning, risk, and delivery

Manage cross-functional technical teams and vendors

Act as single point of contact between business, SI partners, and SAP RISE team

Must-Have Technical Skills:

SAP S/4HANA 2025 upgrade & architecture knowledge

Strong SAP Basis administration

Hands-on experience with:

SUM 2.0 (Software Update Manager)

Maintenance Planner

SAP Readiness Check

SAP Cloud ALM

SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)

Custom Code remediation & Simplification Item checks (Clean Core strategy)

Cloud & Infrastructure

Hyperscaler coordination:

AWS / Azure / GCP

Private Cloud environments

Infrastructure migration & performance planning

Security & landscape design

Methodology & Tools:

SAP Activate (mandatory)

Agile / Hybrid delivery models
