Job Description

• Manage service orders including planning labor, travel, spare parts logistics, and external service procurement.

• Configure and manage service contracts with SLA agreements, pricing, and warranty terms.

• Handle service requests efficiently from intake to resolution.

• Execute accurate billing and invoicing of service activities and contracts.

• Integrate service management processes with S/4HANA ERP modules (Order Management, MRP, Inventory, Logistics, Finance).

• Collaborate with SAP Customer Service for enhanced service delivery.

• Leverage real-time data and analytics to improve decision-making and efficiency.
