Role & responsibilities
- Expertise in SAP SD modules: Enterprise Structure, Master Data, Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, Credit Management, Output Determination
- Lead and participate in the full lifecycle implementation and support of SAP SD solutions..
- Gather and analyze business requirements; translate into functional specifications and system design.
- Configure SAP SD modules: Enterprise Structure, Master Data, Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, Credit Management, Output Determination, and related areas.
- Integrate SAP SD with other SAP modules (MM, FI/CO, WM, PP) and third-party systems.
- Design and document business processes, functional specifications, test cases, and training materials.
- Conduct system and integration testing, coordinate UAT with business users, and support go-live and post go-live activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex business and system issues; provide ongoing support and enhancements. Work closely with ABAP developers for customizations, enhancements, user exits, BAPIs, and BADI
