The Role

Join Kyndryl as an Application Consultant and become a catalyst for innovation and transformation. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of driving change and enabling our customers to harness the power of technology to achieve their wildest ambitions. From revolutionizing healthcare to shaping the future of finance, you'll collaborate with a diverse range of industries, tailoring cutting-edge solutions to meet each customer's unique needs.

1. Technical Requirements

• Sales Processing: Mastery of Sales Document types (Orders, Returns, Credit/Debit Memos), Item Category determination, and Schedule Line categories.
• Shipping & Logistics: Configuration of Delivery types, Picking/Packing/Loading processes, and Post Goods Issue (PGI) workflows.
• Billing & Invoicing: Expertise in Billing types, Invoice Split logic, Intercompany Billing, and integration with Finance for revenue recognition.
• Pricing (Condition Technique): Advanced configuration of Pricing Procedures, Condition Types, Access Sequences, and VOFM routines.
• Output management: NACE configuration (BRF+ nice to have)
• ATP (Available To Promise) : Configuring Backorder Processing, Configuring Availability Check procedures
• S/4HANA Specifics:
  • Business Partner (CVI): Hands-on experience with Customer-Vendor Integration (CVI) and BP grouping.
  • FSCM Credit Management: Knowledge of the new S/4HANA Credit Management (replacing old FI-AR credit checks).

2. Functional Process Requirements

• Order-to-Cash (O2C): Ability to map complex business sales scenarios (Make-to-Order, Third-party Sales, Consignment) into standard SAP Best Practices.
• Pricing Strategy: Designing complex discount structures, freight calculations, and tax (Vertex/Taxware) integrations.
• Logistics Execution: Coordination with Warehouse Management (EWM) for smooth picking and shipping.
• Analytics: Setting up Sales Dashboards in Fiori to track Incoming Sales Orders, Backlogs, and Fulfillment rates in real-time.

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience: 8+ years in SAP SD, with at least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Information Technology.
• Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in high-volume shipping or wholesale distribution is a major plus.
• Soft Skills: Strong workshop facilitation skills ability to explain the Fiori experience to sales reps who are used to old SAP GUI.
