SAP S/4HANA R2R Functional Lead (FI/CO)

Role: SAP S/4HANA Functional Lead Record to Report (R2R)

Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)

Contract Duration: Long Term

Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)

Location: 100% Remote

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA R2R Functional Lead to drive and optimize financial processes across SAP FI/CO. The ideal candidate will lead solution design, integrations, and continuous improvements while working closely with finance and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA R2R solutions.
• Work with finance teams to gather requirements and improve processes.
• Provide deep expertise in FI/CO (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets).
• Ensure integration with OTC, P2P, and other S/4 modules.
• Mentor SAP analysts and support full-cycle implementations.
• Drive process optimization, testing, training, and change management.
• Troubleshoot R2R issues and recommend system enhancements.

Requirements:

• 8+ years SAP functional experience with strong S/4HANA R2R focus.
• Proven experience leading full-cycle S/4 implementations.
• Strong FI/CO and integration knowledge.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder communication skills.
• SAP S/4HANA or FI/CO certification preferred.
• Experience with S/4HANA Private Cloud is a plus.
