SAP S/4HANA Project Manager

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to lead our SAP implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in SAP, with 5 years as a Project Manager, and a proven track record of delivering successful SAP projects. Experience in chemical or pharma industries is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:

- Lead and manage SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.

- Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets.

- Ensure project deliverables meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations.

2. SAP S/4HANA Expertise:

- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, features, and best practices.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, and integration.

3. Team Leadership:

- Lead cross-functional teams, including SAP consultants, developers, and stakeholders.

- Ensure effective communication, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.

4. Stakeholder Management:

- Manage stakeholder expectations, including business leaders, IT teams, and vendors.

- Ensure stakeholder buy-in and support throughout the project lifecycle.

5. Budget Management:

- Manage project budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control.

Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in SAP, with 5 years as a Project Manager.

- Experience in chemical industry (or pharma industry if not chemical).

- 3+ SAP implementation projects, with at least 2 as a Project Manager.

- Strong understanding of SAP modules (SD, MM, FICO, etc.).

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, and integration.

- Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.

- industry-specific SAP solutions (chemical, pharma).

- Certification in SAP S/4HANA or project management (e.g., PMP).
