Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP) Consultant with strong functional expertise across on-premise and cloud environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations, rollouts, and advanced planning processes including ePPDS.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and deliver SAP S/4HANA PP implementations, rollouts, and enhancements.
- Configure and optimize core PP processes including:
- Repetitive Manufacturing (REM)
- Discrete Manufacturing
- Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
- Embedded PP/DS (ePPDS)
- Engineering Change Management (ECM)
- Supply Chain Planning (SCP)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with modules such as FICO, MM, QM, PS, SD, and EWM.
- Work on system integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems (e.g., MES) using APIs, IDocs, and other middleware technologies.
- Participate in project lifecycle activities including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Conduct project phase-wise audit reviews and contribute to continuous business improvement (CBI) initiatives.
- Engage in client interactions, stakeholder management, and presales support activities.
- Work closely with technical teams for solution design and development.
Required Skills & Experience- 4+ years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Production Planning.
- Minimum:
- 1 End-to-End Implementations
- 1,2 Rollout Projects
- Strong expertise in PP configuration and business processes.
- Experience with integration across SAP modules: FICO, MM, QM, PS, SD, and EWM.
- Exposure to MES integration using APIs, IDocs, or similar technologies.
- Strong understanding of SAP implementation methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with tools like SAP Solution Manager, HP ALM, and Jira.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP S/4HANA PP Certification.
- Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA PP-EWM integration.
