Job Title: SAP S/4HANA FSCM Functional Consultant (IHC / TRM / BCM)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP FSCM Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Treasury, In-House Cash, and Bank Communication Management to drive support, configuration, and optimization of financial supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities
FSCM Functional Support & Delivery
- Provide functional support, maintenance, and enhancements in:
- SAP In-House Cash (IHC)
- SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM)
- SAP Bank Communication Management (BCM)
- Act as the primary functional expert for FSCM processes and solutions.
- Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and change requests.
Solution Design & Configuration
- Design and configure end-to-end FSCM solutions including:
- In-House Cash structures (company codes, business partners, accounts)
- Payment processing and internal cash transactions
- Bank Communication Management workflows and approvals
- Treasury transactions and risk management processes
- Configure and support SAP FI components:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP – Procure-to-Pay)
- Accounts Receivable (AR – Order-to-Cash)
- Electronic Bank Statements (EBS)
Integration & Interfaces
- Ensure seamless integration between FSCM and core SAP modules:
- FI/CO, MM, SD, and PP
- Work closely with middleware teams for bank and external system integrations.
- Support and monitor interfaces including:
- Payment Medium Workbench (PMW)
- IDocs and bank communication interfaces
- Collaborate on custom developments aligned with business requirements.
Treasury & Cash Management Operations
- Support global cash visibility, liquidity planning, and internal banking processes.
- Manage treasury operations including deal management and exposure tracking.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities for IHC and TRM.
- Ensure compliance with financial controls and audit requirements.
Process Optimization & Governance
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into FSCM solutions.
- Drive process improvements and standardization across finance operations.
- Participate in system enhancements, upgrades, and transformation initiatives (S/4HANA).
Documentation & Training
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and test scripts.
- Conduct user training and support knowledge transfer.
- Maintain process documentation and ensure adherence to best practices.
Agile Delivery
- Work in Agile environments using tools such as Azure DevOps.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Promote Agile principles and continuous improvement culture.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong functional experience in:
- SAP FSCM (IHC, BCM, TRM)
- SAP FI (GL, AP, AR)
- Deep understanding of:
- Financial Supply Chain processes
- Treasury and cash management operations
- Bank interfaces and payment processing
- Hands-on experience in configuration of IHC, BCM workflows, and TRM transactions.
- Experience in SAP integrations (FI/CO with MM, SD, PP).
- Knowledge of PMW, IDocs, and bank communication setups.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with business-oriented thinking.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA FSCM implementations or conversions.
- Exposure to global treasury operations and multi-bank environments.
- Knowledge of Data Volume Management and financial data handling.
