Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant to lead and support finance transformation initiatives using SAP S/4HANA. The role involves end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support SAP S/4HANA FICO implementations, migrations, and rollouts
- Configure and support S/4HANA Finance components:
- Universal Journal (ACDOCA)
- General Ledger (New GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting (FI-AA)
- Bank Accounting & Cash Management
- Controlling (CO): Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders, COPA
- Handle ECC to S/4HANA Finance migrations and system conversions
- Integrate FICO with MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules
- Support month-end/year-end close and financial reporting
- Prepare functional specifications for RICEF developments
- Perform testing (Unit, Integration, UAT) and provide post-go-live support
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA FICO configuration
- In-depth knowledge of Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, and COPA
- Experience with S/4HANA migration tools (SUM, SPAM, CVI, Finance Data Migration Cockpit)
- Good understanding of financial accounting standards and controlling processes
- Experience with GST / Taxation / Compliance (as applicable)
- Ability to create functional design documents (FDD/FSD)
Experience & Education
- 8-10 years of SAP FICO experience with at least 2+ years in S/4HANA Finance
- Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field
- SAP S/4HANA Finance certification is a plus
Good To Have
- Experience with Central Finance
- Knowledge of Fiori Apps and Embedded Analytics
- Exposure to SAP FSCM, Group Reporting, or Treasury
- Experience in Agile / ASAP / Activate methodology
