Job Title: Software Engineer (IV) - Premium Engineer II

Location: Chennai

Work Type: Hybrid (4 Days work From Office)

Position Description:

• We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Cutover / Deployment Coordinator to support the planning, preparation, and execution of system and business cutover activities for an I-ERP transformation program.
• The ideal candidate should have experience coordinating SAP functional, technical, integration, legacy, and business teams during cutover.
• The role involves managing cutover plans, Gantt charts, deployment activities, system refreshes, data validation, defect tracking, milestone reporting, and daily cutover status updates.
• Assist in the planning, preparation, and execution of system/business cutover for I-ERP Assist in creating and managing Gantt chart, deployment plans, system refresh plans, and other integration activities
• Assist in the preparation of the systems, helping coordinate cross-team preparation of plan and execution of build, load, and validation activities
• Support Cutover activities including preparation of daily cutover status, data validation Support the management of related cutover defects
• Support the coordination of activities of a wide team of system integrators, SAP functional experts, technical experts, legacy teams, etc.
• Assist with the Business team engagement and communication as required
• Support monitoring and managing defect reports, issue task initiation, and track completion of individual cutover tasks
• Support and update Milestone charts, defect coordination, and reporting

Requuired Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation, deployment, or transformation projects.
• Hands-on experience in SAP Cutover Planning and Execution.
• Experience preparing and managing Cutover Plans, Gantt Charts, Deployment Plans, and Milestone Charts.
• Experience coordinating system refresh, build, data load, validation, and deployment activities.
• Good understanding of SAP data migration and data validation activities.
• Experience coordinating with SAP Functional, Technical, Integration, Legacy, and Business teams.
• Ability to track and manage cutover tasks, dependencies, milestones, and completion status.
• Experience with cutover defect management, issue tracking, and resolution coordination.
• Ability to prepare daily cutover status reports and management updates.
• Strong experience in cross-functional team coordination and stakeholder communication.
• Experience monitoring defect reports, issue/task initiation, and action-item closure.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting ERP transformation / SAP implementation programs.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure cutover environment, particularly during deployment and Go-Live activities.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integration and end-to-end business processes is preferred.

• Engineer II Exp.: Practitioner: 1 coding language or framework.
• 4+ years in IT; 3+ years in development
