Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Consultant with 5+ years of experience in SAP implementation, configuration, integration, enhancement, and production support. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze requirements, design SAP solutions, configure the system, and support end-to-end business processes.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA and expertise in at least one core functional area such as Finance (FI/CO), Sales & Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), or Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP S/4HANA solutions.
• Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, migration, enhancement, and support projects.
• Conduct requirement gathering, business process analysis, and fit-gap assessments.
• Configure SAP S/4HANA based on approved business requirements.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for development.
• Work on integration between SAP S/4HANA and other SAP/non-SAP systems.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, UAT support, and defect resolution.
• Support data migration and validation activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide root-cause analysis.
• Prepare configuration documents, process documentation, test scripts, and user guides.
• Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, developers, integration teams, and project managers.
• Participate in workshops, requirement discussions, solution design sessions, and knowledge-transfer activities.
• Support SAP releases, enhancements, and continuous process improvements.
• Ensure solutions follow SAP best practices and project standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of SAP experience, including significant hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end SAP business processes.
• Expertise in at least one SAP S/4HANA module:
• SAP FI/CO
• SAP MM
• SAP SD
• SAP PP
• SAP EWM
• SAP TM
• SAP PS
• SAP SuccessFactors integration, where applicable
• Strong understanding of SAP configuration and functional processes.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation or support projects.
• Understanding of integration concepts between SAP modules and external systems.
• Experience with testing, defect management, and production support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud or Private Cloud.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAP Launchpad.
• Understanding of SAP BTP and SAP Integration Suite.
• Experience with SAP Activate methodology.
• Knowledge of Clean Core principles and extensibility.
• Experience with SAP Central Business Configuration (CBC), where applicable.
• SAP certification in the relevant module is preferred.
• Experience working with global clients and distributed/onshore-offshore teams.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
