We are seeking a senior SAP BASIS (BC) Technical Expert to join a large-scale international transformation program. The resource will act as a hands-on SME, supporting the project through critical phases including Build, Testing, Cutover, and Go-live.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Act as the S/4HANA BASIS expert, managing system landscapes, transport routes (TMS/ChaRM), and performance monitoring.
• Operations: Handle installations, kernel/SPS upgrades, SAP HANA DB administration, and system refreshes.
• Project Lifecycle: Lead technical design workshops, risk assessments, and execution of cutover and hypercare activities.
• Coordination: Direct offshore support teams and collaborate with infrastructure providers and integration partners.

Technical Requirements:

• Expertise: Extensive experience in SAP BASIS/BC specifically on S/4HANA.
• Tools: Mastery of SAP NetWeaver, HANA DB, and Solution Manager (or Focused Run).
• Environment: Proven track record in large-scale international deployments and cloud/hybrid architectures.
• Methodology: Strong hands-on experience with technical go-live readiness and complex system copies.

• Soft Skills: Highly autonomous, proactive, and capable of delivering under pressure during project milestones.
• Communication: Excellent stakeholder management skills in multi-cultural environments.
• Languages: Fluent English is mandatory.
