Requirements
10+ years of SAP ABAP development experience
5+ years of hands-on S/4HANA technical development
Experience in multiple end-to-end S/4HANA implementations or migrations
Experienced SAP S/4HANA ABAP Technical Consultant to architect, design, and deliver high-quality technical solutions on S/4HANA platforms.
Strong expertise in modern ABAP development, S/4HANA extensibility, performance optimization, and system integrations, with a focus on clean core principles and SAP best practices.
Collaborate with functional teams, enterprise architects, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and future-ready SAP solutions across global environments.
Lead ABAP development and act as a technical expert for S/4HANA initiatives
Design and develop clean core-compliant ABAP solutions
Translate functional requirements into optimized technical designs
Drive development using: ABAP Objects / OOABAP, CDS Views and HANA optimization, OData services
Enable integration with SAP and non-SAP systems via SAP BTP / CPI
Ensure secure, scalable, and efficient data exchange
Adhere to coding standards and SAP Clean ABAP principles
Conduct code reviews and validate technical designs
Support unit, integration testing, and defect resolution
Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory standards
Contribute to greenfield, brownfield, and transformation projects
Support cutover, go-live, and hypercare phases
Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root cause analysis
Provide ongoing technical support and guidance
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
Contribute to architecture discussions and governance forums
Maintain documentation, reusable assets, and development standards
