SAP S/4 HANA Technical Consultant

This pivotal role is for a professional specializing in implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP S/4HANA, an intelligent, integrated ERP system designed to streamline business processes, enable real-time analytics, and support digital transformation initiatives within organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, objectives, and requirements. Conduct workshops, interview stakeholders, and analyze existing systems and data to determine how S/4HANA can be tailored to meet specific organizational needs.
• System Configuration: Configure and customize S/4HANA modules based on gathered requirements. Work with clients to define organizational structures, set up master data, configure business processes, and customize functionalities to align with industry best practices and client-specific needs.
• Implementation and Migration: Manage the end-to-end implementation of S/4HANA, which may involve data migration from legacy systems, system integration, and deployment planning. Ensure a smooth transition, minimizing disruption and optimizing business processes.
• Business Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using S/4HANA capabilities. Collaborate with clients to analyze existing business processes, propose optimizations, and configure S/4HANA to support streamlined and efficient operations.
• Integration and Interface Development: Integrate S/4HANA with other systems and applications (e.g., CRM, supply chain management, third-party systems). Configure and develop interfaces, APIs, and data integration solutions to ensure seamless data flow and process integration across the organization.
• Training and Knowledge Transfer: Provide comprehensive training and knowledge transfer to end-users, super-users, and IT teams. Conduct training sessions, create documentation, and offer ongoing support to ensure users understand and utilize S/4HANA effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an SAP S/4HANA Consultant.
