Role Description This full-time, on-site SAP S/4 HANA Solution Architect-PP/QM & PM role is based in Bengaluru. The role involves designing end-to-end SAP S/4 HANA solutions for Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), and Plant Maintenance (PM) that align with client business processes and strategic objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading solution design workshops, translating business requirements into technical specifications, and overseeing configuration and integration activities across SAP and non-SAP systems. The role also includes collaborating with consulting and delivery teams, guiding developers during build and testing phases, resolving complex functional and technical issues, and ensuring solutions follow best practices and PwC quality standards. The architect will support proposals, estimations, and client presentations, and contribute to continuous improvement of methodologies and accelerators.
Qualifications
- Strong Solution Architecture skills in SAP S/4 HANA, with hands-on expertise in PP, QM, and PM modules.
- Consulting capabilities, including requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and business advisory experience.
- Experience with Software Development lifecycles, working closely with technical teams on design, build, and testing.
- Integration skills across SAP and third-party systems, including data flows, interfaces, and middleware.
- Business Process knowledge in manufacturing, quality management, maintenance operations, and related supply chain processes.
- Prior experience in SAP implementation or transformation projects, preferably in a client-facing role.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Relevant SAP certifications in S/4 HANA or specific PP/QM/PM modules are an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru and occasionally travel for client engagements, as required.
