Role: REFX Consultant

Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Finance & REFX Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and real estate processes, with a focus on SAP Real Estate Flexible (REFX) module. This role requires expertise in financial analysis, reporting, and SAP REFX configuration.

Responsibilities

Financial Analysis:

Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes.

Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations.

SAP REFX Configuration

Configure and maintain SAP REFX module to support real estate management processes.

Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the SAP REFX system.

Real Estate Transactions

Manage real estate transactions, including lease agreements, acquisitions, and disposals.

Collaborate with legal and business teams to ensure compliance with regulations.

Budgeting And Forecasting

Develop and oversee budgeting and forecasting processes for real estate portfolios.

Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts.

Financial Reporting

Generate and analyze financial reports related to real estate portfolios.

Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders.

Process Improvement

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial and real estate processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Proven experience in finance roles with a focus on real estate.

In-depth knowledge of SAP Real Estate Flexible (REFX) module.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance.

Familiarity with real estate regulations and compliance.
