Job Summary
EY is seeking an experienced SAP RE-FX Specialist with 6+ years of hands-on SAP RE-FX experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance, FI-AA, and real estate business processes, with deep expertise in the SAP Real Estate Flexible (RE-FX) module. This role will play a critical part in the implementation, enhancement, and support of SAP Flexible Real Estate Management solutions. Success in this position requires strong configuration skills, real estate transaction knowledge, financial reporting expertise, process improvement capabilities, and excellent communication skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to analyze real estate business processes and translate requirements into effective SAP RE-FX solutions.
- Design, configure, and implement SAP RE-FX functionalities, including contract management, lease administration, and property management.
- Configure and maintain the SAP RE-FX module, ensuring system accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with business and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate client workshops and deliver training sessions to support end-user adoption.
- Manage real estate transactions such as lease agreements, acquisitions, and disposals, collaborating with legal and business teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Generate, analyze, and interpret financial and operational reports related to real estate portfolios.
- Provide ongoing production support for SAP RE-FX, including issue resolution and system optimization.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and control across real estate and finance operations.
- Collaborate with technical teams on system integrations, enhancements, and data migration activities.
- Stay current on SAP RE-FX enhancements, industry trends, and best practices.
- Participate in testing, validation, and deployment of SAP RE-FX solutions.
Skills and Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience implementing and supporting SAP RE-FX solutions.
- Strong knowledge of finance, FI-AA, and real estate management processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide clear, actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a consulting environment.
- SAP RE-FX certification is preferred.
