Notice Period: Immediate-15 days

Contract: Longterm Contract

Work: Hybrid mode

Min:8+ Years

• With 8+ experience in leading end-to-end implementation and configuration of SAP Flexible Real Estate Management, focusing on lease management, contract administration, and integration with FI/CO,
• With Lead experience full-cycle implementations (gathering requirements, blueprinting, design, and testing) of SAP RE-FX modules.
• Process Management: Configure and manage real estate contracts, lease-in/lease-out, rental agreements, usage objects, and master data.
• Integration: Ensure seamless integration between RE-FX and other SAP modules (SAP FICO, Asset Accounting - FI-AA).
• Compliance: Implement solutions for IFRS 16/ASC 842 lease accounting standards.
• Support & Optimization: Provide high-level support, resolve incidents, and optimize SAP REFX systems.
• Strong command of ITIL processes (Incident/Change/Problem Management) and experience using ITSM tools like ServiceNow
• Driving operational improvements and efficiencies through the creation and implementation of rigorous process and controls, Driving Tools/Automation
